Policy for Board and General Membership Meetings
BCMS hosts three to five general membership dinner meetings annually. The Annual Gala with installation of officers is held in late January/early February. Dinner meetings are free to our members and their guests. There is a fee associated with the Gala. Monthly Board meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month. In 2020, those meetings will take place at Columbia Orthopaedic Group (the location may change if there is a General Membership Dinner Meeting). Board meetings are open to the general membership, but normally those in attendance are the board and committee members. Any member may have an item of interest placed on the agenda. To place an item on the Board's agenda, please contact the Society office five days in advance of the next meeting date. To contact BCMS, send an email to bcms@socket.net.
